Mozi offers a wide variety of paddles, each with unique aesthetics, feel, and technical specifications. They also come at different price points. We recommend choosing a price point that you are comfortable with initially. As they say, everyone makes purchases with their eyes, and we believe Mozi paddles are the best-looking paddles in the industry. Nevertheless, we understand that performance matters, and our paddles boast some of the best technology available.
Our paddle descriptions should provide you with a good understanding of how each paddle will enhance your game. If you find it challenging to decide between two different models, we suggest taking advantage of our paddle demo program.
We make every effort to ship your Mozi paddle, apparel, or accessories on the same day or the next day. All shipments originate from our Lawrence, KS warehouse, and if you're in the US, you can typically expect to receive your order in less than a week. In the event that an item is out of stock, we will inform you of the expected delivery date at the time of your order. For those who need their items sooner, expedited shipping options are available at the time of purchase for an additional fee.
Yes, we do offer international shipping. Please note that international shipping charges will apply.
At Mozi, enjoy free shipping on all orders over $100 within the US.
We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase, provided the items are in their original condition and packaging. For returns of used paddles, a $50 restocking fee will apply, and store credit will be granted for the balance. Please note that any used, damaged, or worn items are not eligible for return. No returns will be accepted after 30 days from the date of purchase.
All MOZI Paddles come with a 6-month conditional warranty. If there's a manufacturer's defect or equipment failure within 6 months of purchase, you're eligible for a replacement or a pro-rated refund of the purchase price. Please note that normal wear and tear or misuse of the equipment, including improper storage, is not eligible for warranty claims. Ensure your equipment is registered to be eligible for warranty claims. If you have a warranty claim, connect with us at info@happynsatisfied.com.
Our Demo program is coming soon! You'll have the opportunity to try out up to 2 paddles for a duration of one week. The only cost to you is the shipping fee if you decide to return the paddles within a week of receiving them. Your card will be temporarily charged for the full amount of the paddles, and the charge will be fully refunded once the paddles are returned in good condition.
